Lebanese Red Cross kindly request your esteemed company to review the RFQ and provide us with your quotation for the specified goods.

Please ensure that the attached GRC Annexes are signed and stamped. We require updated versions, as the GRC Annexes must be dated within the last year. If you already have a valid signed and stamped version, kindly provide a scanned copy or include it in the sealed envelope along with your bid.

Please submit your offer in a sealed envelope to the Procurement Office in Spears, and include the following inscription on the envelope:
RFQ#: DRR058/26
The deadline for submission is February 12, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.

Note: Payment terms of LRC: Internal Wire Transfer payment method for business account– VAT Amount will be paid in Cheque LBP Sayrafa rate within 45 Days.
