•Assist Cash for Work Project Officers in budget preparation, tracking expenditures against allocated funds, and preparing detailed periodic financial reports.
•Maintain regular consultation with Cash for Work Project Officers to provide guidance on financial and budgetary matters, and promptly notify the supervisor of any discrepancies.
•Ensure that all financial, administrative, and logistical operations comply with UNRWA rules, regulations, policies, and donor requirements.
•Coordinate with other support service units on project-related administrative and operational tasks, including budgeting, requisitions, vendor payments, contract management, procurement, and inventory control.
•Review Cash for Work beneficiaries' attendance sheets, update the master database, and process payment requests.
•Handle administrative documents and service requests, such as supplier requisitions, purchase orders, travel arrangements, expenditure authorizations, and contract management.
•Maintain inventory records for equipment, furniture, and other supplies, and prepare related survey reports as needed.
•Manage and update office databases, ensuring systematic archiving, accurate data entry, and proper record maintenance.
•Supervise junior staff members.
•Carry out additional tasks as prioritized and assigned by the CfW Project Officers and Project Manager.
