Agriculture Project Manager

• • • Lead planning and implementation of an assigned program component over a multi-year project lifecycle
    • Translate approved intervention designs into detailed workplans, schedules, and phased implementation plans
    • Coordinate multidisciplinary field and technical teams across multiple locations
    • Ensure delivery of activities in line with approved objectives, indicators, and quality standards
    • Monitor progress against milestones, targets, and implementation risks
    • Ensure complete documentation, data registration, and activity traceability
    • Coordinate closely with the Program Controller on budget utilization and activity alignment
    • Supervise and support outreach officers, Field Coordinators, and other project staff
    • Follow up on procurement plans and major operational needs
    • Contribute to technical reporting, lessons learned, and adaptive management
    • Support refinement of interventions and proposal development within the assigned component
    • Ensure alignment with overall program strategy under the supervision of the Head of Division
    • Perform any other related duties assigned by the Head of Department

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree (bachelor’s or higher) in agricultural sciences, rural development, environmental sciences, economics, international development, or a related field.
•  Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in project implementation, coordination, or management in development or humanitarian contexts
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex implementation components and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in planning, coordination, monitoring, and quality assurance practices
• PMP Certificate is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in complex and multi-location operational contexts
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken); French an asset
