This Terms of Reference (Ref#: 613) details the requirements for a service provider to supply thirty high-performance laptops over a two-year period to support the "EU Advancing Human Rights Through Digital Transformation in Lebanon" project. The primary objective is to facilitate digital skills training for approximately 300 duty-bearers across various Lebanese governorates. The role of the service provider involves the initial delivery of fully operational, licensed, and tested devices that meet specific technical criteria, such as Intel Core i5 processors and 8GB of RAM. Furthermore, the provider is responsible for the continuous maintenance and technical reliability of the equipment, which includes a mandatory 24-hour replacement guarantee for any defective units to ensure the seamless implementation of training activities throughout the entire agreement.
