Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Activity Implementation
- Organize recreational activities (sports, games, art, music, drama).
- Facilitate educational activities (literacy, numeracy games, storytelling).
- Adapt activities for different age groups (3–5, 6–12, 13–18).
- Ensure inclusion of children with diverse needs, including disabilities.
Child Engagement
- Create a safe and supportive environment.
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and respect.
- Identify and refer children with psychosocial needs and refer cases when needed.
Coordination and Collaboration
- Work closely with Education and Child Protection teams.
- Coordinate with caregivers and community members to promote attendance.
- Contribute to improving activities based on feedback.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Track attendance and participation.
- Monitor children’s emotional and educational progress.
- Report protection concerns to the Child Protection team.
- Submit weekly reports to the Education Specialist.
