Request for Proposal - Website Redesign

Nusaned is a non-governmental organization dedicated to helping vulnerable people. We are seeking proposals from qualified web development vendors to redesign our current website, https://nusaned.org, to improve usability, modernize its look, and integrate new functionalities for upcoming programs.

1. Background

Our current website has received feedback indicating that it appears outdated and “heavy” in design and functionality. The redesign should address these issues while supporting upcoming program launches, including payment gateways and newsletter subscriptions.

2. Objectives

The main goals of this redesign are:

• Modern, user-friendly, and responsive design
• Mobile-friendly and fast-loading pages
• Integration of online payment systems
• Newsletter subscription functionality
• Support for potential future program updates
• Overall improved user experience and navigation

3. Scope of Work

The selected vendor will be expected to:

1. Redesign the entire website with a modern, responsive design
2. Implement online payment integration
3. Add newsletter subscription functionality
4. Migrate existing content and add new content provided by Nusaned’s Executive Director
5. Provide technical documentation and training for website management
6. Ensure website security, backups, and performance optimization

4. Proposal Requirements

Vendors are requested to submit proposals including:

• Technical approach: How you will approach the redesign, including design, development, and integration of required functionalities
• Timeline: Estimated schedule to complete the redesign
• Cost breakdown: Detailed pricing for design, development, integrations, and any additional services
• Portfolio: Examples of similar projects completed
• References: Contact information for at least 2 previous clients

5. Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on:

• Quality and relevance of technical approach
• Pricing and value for money
