Facilitation of Psychosocial Support (PSS) Activities
Organize and lead group sessions tailored to children, youth, and adults.
Adapt activities to cultural context and displacement realities.
Use creative methods (games, storytelling, art, role-play) to foster resilience.
Psychological First Aid (PFA)
Provide immediate emotional support during crises.
Identify individuals in distress and offer basic coping strategies.
Ensure referral pathways to specialized mental health services.
Community-Based Support
Mobilize displaced individuals to participate in structured activities.
Strengthen community networks and peer support systems.
Promote inclusion of vulnerable groups (women, elderly, persons with disabilities).
Monitoring & Reporting
Document attendance, progress, and challenges.
Report protection concerns and refer cases to specialized staff.
Contribute to needs assessments and feedback mechanisms.

•2 years of experience in provision of Psychosocial support activities or Mental health psychosocial support with children and caregivers
•At least 1 year of experience providing coaching, training, and mentoring on PSS activities with children and caregivers.
