- Conduct direct outreach with children,
caregivers, and community members in the targeted areas - Support mobilization of participants
and encourage their engagement in project activities - Follow up on attendance and
participation of targeted children and caregivers - Assist in raising awareness on
project-related activities and key messages at community level - Maintain regular communication with
targeted households to support access to services and address basic
concerns - Report field observations, community
feedback, and challenges to the Community Mobilizer in a timely manner - Support data collection, attendance
tracking, and completion of outreach-related forms - Ensure proper documentation and filing
of records related to outreach and participant follow-up - Coordinate with the Community
Mobilizer and project team to ensure smooth field-level implementation - Attend regular team meetings and
contribute to sharing updates on progress and challenges
