Facillitators (x5) - Beirut

Duties & Resonsibilities:

1. Session Planning and Preparation

• Collaborate with the organizing team to understand event objectives, agenda, and participant profiles.
• Design and plan interactive sessions that align with event goals.
• Conduct pre-event preparations, including preparing materials, discussion points, and activities.

2. Facilitation of Sessions

• Conduct Social Emotional Learning sessions, LEGO activities, and play-based learning inside the shelters/centers.
• Facilitate engaging and inclusive sessions during each event.
• Moderate discussions, manage time effectively, and ensure all participants have an opportunity to contribute safely and freely.
• Adapt facilitation style and approach based on the dynamics and needs of each event.
• Encourage participant interaction, feedback, and reflection throughout the events.

Competencies:

Ability to deliver EiE sessions in shelters and community spaces;

strong facilitation and classroom management;

ability to create safe and inclusive learning environments;

understanding of child protection principles;

experience engaging displaced children;

basic PSS and SEL integration;

teamwork and communication skills
