Labor Market Assessment and Service Mapping Consultancy

Caritas Lebanon is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a Labor Market Assessment (LMA) and Service Mapping in Mount Lebanon.

The assignment aims to generate practical, evidence-based insights on labor market opportunities, in-demand skills, and employment barriers, particularly for vulnerable women. Findings will support the design of market-relevant training programs, employment pathways, and entrepreneurship opportunities, while strengthening linkages with existing services and stakeholders.

The consultancy will adopt a mixed-methods approach, combining desk review, field data collection, and stakeholder engagement to ensure comprehensive and actionable results.
