- Lead the design and development of a youth-focused climate action manual aligned with project objectives.
- Develop structured, interactive learning content covering climate science, environmental sustainability, and youth-led climate action.
- Integrate life skills methodologies throughout the manual, ensuring age-appropriate and experiential learning approaches.
- Design practical tools that guide youth in conceptualizing and implementing community-based climate initiatives.
- Develop facilitator guidance notes to support effective delivery.
- Ensure the manual incorporates participatory methods, including problem-solving exercises, group discussions, and real-world case studies.
- Prepare a comprehensive training curriculum and materials for educators/facilitators.
- Deliver training workshops for facilitators on the manual content and participatory facilitation techniques.
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and gather participant feedback.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Experience working with NGOs or international development projects is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, instructional design, and facilitation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in Arabic and strong working proficiency in English.
