Objective 1: Project Coordination and Partner Management
Support the drafting, review and follow-up of the general agreement (MoU) with project partners, ensuring its approval and signature.
Support the overall coordination of project implementation with partners.
Facilitate regular communication between TDH and project partners.
Support the organization of coordination meetings and ensure follow-up on agreed actions.
Contribute to maintaining effective working relationships with all stakeholders involved in the project/s
Objective 2: Administrative and Operational Support
Support the Project Manager/s in the administrative management of the project in line with the assignment terms, AICS administrative clarifications and instructions from the AICS office in Beirut.
Ensure that project implementation complies with Terre des Hommes Italia internal procedures.
Support the preparation, collection and organisation of administrative and project documentation.
Support the archiving and filing of project records.
Participate in the evaluation and monitoring missions conducted by the TDH Delegate, headquarters and donor representatives.
Objective 3: Reporting and Documentation
Support the preparation of interim and final narrative reports to be submitted to AICS, in coordination with the Project Manager and subject to approval by the Desk and TDH Delegate.
Translate financial and narrative documentation into Italian.
Maintain accurate, timely and well-organised project documentation.
Objective 4: Communication and Visibility
Support the Communications Manager in planning and producing visibility and communication materials.
Ensure that all visibility and communication activities are implemented in line with donor requirements and TDH procedures.
Contribute to collecting stories, photos and project information in compliance with safeguarding and communication standards.

Objective 5: Compliance, Safeguarding and Ethical Standards
Contribute to ensuring that the intervention respects the dignity, autonomy and rights of all persons involved.
Ensure that project activities are implemented in accordance with AICS guidelines, particularly regarding disability, gender, child protection, communication and visibility.
Promote compliance with Terre des Hommes Italia procedures and Code of Ethics.
Contribute to ensuring that humanitarian action is implemented in line with the principles of impartiality, neutrality, humanity and independence.
Promote non-discrimination and equal opportunities regardless of religion, political affiliation or gender.
Ensure that all project activities support the promotion and protection of children’s rights.
Objective 6: Other Duties
Carry out any other duties relevant to the position and assigned by the line manager.

- Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Arabic is considered an asset.
- Good knowledge of project cycle management and donor compliance requirements.
- Good understanding of AICS procedures and reporting requirements is considered an asset.
- Good drafting, reporting and translation skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and high-pressure environment.
