Project Officer- BML with visits to South

• Monitor protection activities taking place inside and outside collective shelters
• Establish constant coordination with partners, sector and shelter focal points, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure the activities are implemented on time.
• Provide guidance and technical capacity for technical staff.
• Monitor the project's implementation and gather data on protection-related concerns.
• Conduct regular field monitoring and collaboration with staff.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure proper documentation and archiving of all Means of Verification.
• Conduct data entry and provide reports on a daily basis about implemented activities to the program manager.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies.
• Prepare a weekly movement plan for the team.
• Close collaboration with local authorities across the whole project phase for information, approval & follow up purposes.

Maintain close communication with the MEL department to follow up on progress and create/adjust monitoring and evaluation tools.
