• Assisting in identifying and reviewing project's needs for the assigned activities and related allocated budget with the Education Programme focal points.
• Coordinating the financial and administrative aspects of the project on field level, in close collaboration with the relevant Education Programme staff to ensure cornpllance and completion of targets.
• Coordinating with the relevant departments and offices on the procurement activities and services on field level.
This includes coordinating the purchase requisition and monitoring progress.
• Assisting in monitoring the operational and financial expenditure of the project in the field in coordination with relevant staff and departments.
• Assisting in drafting relevant reports on the progress of the project activities (operational and financial) • Assisting in proper documentation and sharing of information as per the practices adopted by the Department.
• Performing other relevant duties as may be assigned.
