Procurement of Core Relief Items and Hygiene Kits for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)
Locations: North Lebanon, Akkar, Baalbeck, and Hermel

1. Background

COOPI- Cooperazione Internazionale invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the provision of core relief items and hygiene kits to support internally displaced persons (IDPs) residing in North Lebanon, Akkar, Baalbeck, and Hermel. This procurement aims to address urgent humanitarian needs by ensuring timely access to essential household and hygiene supplies.

2. Objective

The objective of this RFQ is to establish one time procurement contract with reliable vendors capable of supplying and delivering high-quality relief items in accordance with the specifications outlined in the file.

3. Submission Requirements

Suppliers must submit:

• Company profile and registration documents
• Detailed financial quotation (unit price, total cost, currency)
• Technical specifications of proposed items
• Delivery timeline 
• References  (if available)
• Any other requirement highlighted in the document

4. Submission Deadline 

All quotations must be submitted no later than 15.04.2026 at 4:00 PM the latest, Submissions should be in accordance with the method indicated in the file, with the subject line: COOPI RFQ42026 – Core Relief Items and Hygiene Kits ,  Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
