Procurement of Fresh Vegetables – Unit Price Quotation

Lebanese Social Responsibility (LSR) is seeking quotations from qualified suppliers and local farmers for the supply of fresh vegetables to support a central kitchen operation serving approximately 6,000 hot meals per day.

Priority will be given to local farmers and producers to promote local agriculture and ensure freshness of products.

Suppliers are required to provide unit prices per kilogram (or specified unit), as quantities may vary depending on operational needs.

The requested items include:

  • Onions
  • Potatoes (peeled and sliced, ready for cooking)
  • Cabbage
  • Pickles
  • Carrots

All items must be fresh, clean, and suitable for immediate consumption and cooking, meeting food safety and hygiene standards. Products should be free from damage, spoilage, and contaminants.

Suppliers must ensure consistent availability, proper packaging, and timely delivery. Experience in supplying institutional kitchens is an asset.

The contract will be awarded for a period of three (3) months, renewable based on performance and funding availability. LSR reserves the right to award partially or fully.
