Supply, Delivery, and Installation of prefab unit

Scope of Supply

The selected supplier shall provide a 6m x 3m prefab unit including full structural, electrical, plumbing, and solar-support readiness systems.

Technical Specifications

1) Structural Frame & Chassis

High-grade galvanized steel engineered for durability and transport stability.

Main frame: Cold-formed galvanized steel profiles (minimum 1.8 mm thickness).

Floor joists: 80 mm x 40 mm galvanized box sections spaced at 610 mm centers.

Full corrosion protection suitable for humid and coastal environments.

Integrated lifting points / corner castings for crane handling and site positioning.

2) Building Envelope & Insulation

Wall and roof panels: 50 mm high-density sandwich panels.

External/internal skin: 0.33 mm RAL 9002 Grey White pre-painted galvanized steel sheets.

Insulation core: Rigid PUR/PIR foam, density 40 kg/m³.

Roof design: Double-layer locked sandwich panel roof ensuring full water tightness.

3) Windows, Access & Openings

Aluminum-frame windows with 6 mm monolithic safety glass.

Insulated sandwich panel entry door with heavy-duty locking system and perimeter weather stripping.

4) Interior Finishes & Flooring

Subfloor: 18 mm anti-moisture marine plywood.

Surface finish: 2 mm heavy-duty Belgian vinyl flooring, anti-slip and scratch-resistant.

Smooth-finish sandwich panel ceiling integrated within roof structure.

5) Electrical & Lighting

Fully pre-wired electrical system compliant with international safety standards.

Premium switches and socket outlets.

LED lighting fixtures including rectangular workspace panels and round localized units.

PVC conduit trunking with central RCD-protected consumer unit.

6) Plumbing & Sanitary Fixtures

Kitchenette with 50 cm x 100 cm stainless steel single-bowl sink, drainer, and chrome mixer.

Bathroom suite including:

Ceramic WC with cistern

Compact washbasin with tapware

Full-sized shower tray with drainage and mixer valve

PEX / PP-R fresh-water piping and PVC wastewater discharge.

7) Roof Reinforcement

Reinforced roof structure capable of supporting a 1,500-liter water tank load.

8) Solar Readiness

Two omega channels for supporting 8 solar panels.
