Protection Monitoring & Risk Identification:
- Conduct regular field visits to targeted collective shelters.
- Monitor and identify protection risks affecting displaced populations, including vulnerable groups.
Case Identification & Referral:
- Identify individuals in need of protection support.
- Provide immediate basic support where appropriate.
- Refer cases to specialized service providers.
- Follow up on referrals to ensure services are received.
Data Collection & Reporting:
- Collect protection data using agreed tools and methodologies.
- Document findings, trends, and emerging risks.
- Submit regular reports to the Program Manager.
- Ensure data confidentiality and secure storage of sensitive information.
Community Engagement & Accountability (AAP):
- Engage with beneficiaries to understand their needs and concerns.
- Support awareness on available services and feedback mechanisms.
- Promote access to Complaints and Feedback Mechanisms (CFM).
- Ensure inclusive participation of vulnerable groups.
PSEA & Safeguarding:
- Adhere to PSEA policies and Code of Conduct.
- Support awareness sessions on rights, reporting channels, and prevention of exploitation and abuse.
- Ensure a survivor-centered approach in handling sensitive cases.
