Community Engagement & Liaison

• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with displaced and conflict-affected communities.
• Act as a focal point for community feedback, concerns, and referrals.
• Enhance community liaison to ensure inclusive participation in distributions and information sessions.

Coordination & Networking

• Coordinate closely with Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) focal points to align emergency preparedness and response activities.
• Liaise with Ministry of Social Affairs (MoSA) focal points during distributions to ensure compliance with national standards and accountability frameworks.
• Support inter-agency coordination by sharing community-level insights and challenges.

Distributions

• Organize and carry out distributions of relief items in a transparent, orderly, and dignified manner.
• Ensure vulnerable groups (women, children, elderly, persons with disabilities) are prioritized and supported during distributions.
• Document distribution processes and report challenges to supervisors.

Information Dissemination

• Conduct information sessions and awareness campaigns with displaced individuals on available services, rights, and protection mechanisms.
• Disseminate key messages related to health, safety, protection, and humanitarian assistance.
• Use culturally appropriate and accessible communication methods to reach diverse community members.

Accountability & Reporting

• Collect community feedback and channel it to relevant programme staff for follow-up.
• Support monitoring and evaluation activities by providing accurate field-level data.
• Report incidents, challenges, and lessons learned to strengthen future interventions.
