Invitation to Tender – Medical Insurance and Workmen Compensation (National Staff)

 Medair is seeking proposals for Workmen Compensation and Medical Insurance coverage for its employees and their dependents.

 Proposals should include the following:

a. Workmen Compensation

b. Medical Insurance

  Class A – Inpatient/Outpatient (In/Out)(non-NSSF) plus the following:

-Doctor consultations

-Medications

-Mental health services

 Please note that Medair may choose to include all of the above additional benefits or select only one or more of them. Therefore, it is essential that the costs for doctor consultations, medications, and mental health services are clearly itemized separately in your proposal to support accurate evaluation and comparison.
 

Special Conditions:

-No waiting period: All employees must be covered immediately, effective 1 June 2026.

-Type of work covered: Administrative, driving, and field work (including assessments, data entry, etc.).

-Some staff may travel outside Lebanon for training purposes.

-Geographical/Territorial Limits: Coverage applicable across Lebanon.

-Class: Class A, CoNIL.

 Medical Coverage Details:

-Inpatient/Outpatient: Included

-Physiotherapy: Included

-Medications: Included

-Doctor consultations: Included

-Psychiatric / Mental health treatment: Included

-Wellness treatment: Included

-War coverage: Included

-Optical: Not included

-Method of Payment: Fresh USD
