Tender Announcement: Car Rental Services

Tender Reference: POA/T026-001

Peace of Art invites qualified and eligible service providers to submit proposals for the provision of car rental services, in accordance with the specifications outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

The selected supplier will provide a rental vehicle meeting the following minimum specifications:

Vehicle Requirements:

• Type: 4x4 vehicle
• Engine: 4 cylinders
• Preferred models: Honda CRV, Renault Duster, Kia, Hyundai, or equivalent

2. Rental Period

• Start Date: Friday, May 1, 2026
• Duration: Monthly basis (subject to contract terms and renewal)

3. Financial Proposal

The financial offer must be clearly presented and submitted in USD, and should include:

• Monthly rental rate, (maximum 480 Euros per month)
• Value Added Tax (VAT), if applicable
• Warranty provided by the vendor
• Comprehensive insurance coverage, including:
  • All-risk insurance (including passengers and compulsory insurance)
  • 24/7 insurance coverage
• Regular maintenance and servicing of the vehicle
• Immediate replacement of the vehicle in case of accident or breakdown (within a reasonable timeframe)
• Payment schedule and terms
• Zero franchise (no deductible)

4. Additional Requirements

• The vehicle must not be tracked, monitored, or detected in any way
• Number of drivers must not be restricted
• The vehicle must be in good operational condition and compliant with all safety standards

5. Delivery 

• Vehicle delivery must take place within a maximum of two (2) days from the date of contract signature

6. Required Documents

Interested suppliers must submit the following documents:

• Commercial invoice
• Certificate of Registration issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Finance
• Commercial Certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce
• Official company letter (signed and stamped)

7. Submission Details

• All proposals must be submitted before the specified deadline
• Late submissions will not be considered
• Offers must be complete and compliant with all requirements listed above

8. General Conditions

Peace of Art reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, in whole or in part, and to request additional clarifications from suppliers if needed.
