1 – Overview:

Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development

2 – Scope of work:

The consultant is responsible of developing a Research to assess the implementation of mental health interventions provided to staff at Amel Association, and identifying key challenges and opportunities for promoting Mental Health in the workplace which can be used to guide the development of mental health in the workplace programs and policies, and provide recommendations for Improved attitudes towards mental health in the workplace, including increased acceptance and reduced stigma and discrimination.

Tasks and Deliverables:

Please refer to attached Annex A - ToR Research Consultant - MH

REPORTING:

Compile the research findings, analysis, and recommendations into a comprehensive report in English

Note: 

The selected supplier must be responsible for Providing the required services within the required period.

3 – The quotation must include:

The number of the registration in the ministry of finance (if existing)

VAT, if applicable

Prices in USD

Delivery period

Validity of the Quotation 

4 – Required Documents:

A signed and stamped quotation.

The technical and methodological approach for the research

Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance (الشهاد المالية). and all related legal papers including owner ID.

The quotation doesn’t include the requirements (mentioned in number 3).

The quotation is received after the deadline.
