Field Assistant (Daily Worker) – Qurbani Project

• Assist in the distribution of meat packs to beneficiaries in an organized and respectful manner.
• Support crowd management to ensure orderly queues, prevent overcrowding, and maintain a safe distribution environment.
• Guide beneficiaries through the distribution process, explaining the selection criteria and distribution timeline based on project objectives.
• Obtain signatures or thumbprints from beneficiaries on distribution lists to confirm receipt of meat packs.
• Answer beneficiaries' questions and resolve their problems or complaints in a respectful and empathetic manner.
• Report every issue, concern, or detailed feedback to the Field Officer immediately.
• Share any suggestions or ideas for improvement with the Field Officer as they arise.

•  Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude at all times, even under pressure.

 Knowledge and Experience

•  High school diploma is required.
•  Bachelor's degree is a plus.
•  0–1 year of relevant experience, especially with NGOs
