Case Management
Identify, assess, and manage cases of individuals at risk (e.g., survivors of violence, persons with disabilities, elderly, children at risk).
Develop case action plans and follow up regularly to ensure progress.
Provide psychosocial support and counseling when appropriate.
Refer cases to specialized services (legal aid, medical care, shelter, livelihoods).
Outreach & Community Engagement
Conduct field visits to households, community centers, and safe spaces.
Raise awareness on protection issues, rights, and available services.
Support community-based protection initiatives.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate case files and ensure confidentiality.
Prepare regular reports on case trends, challenges, and achievements.
Contribute to needs assessments and protection monitoring.
Coordination
Work closely with Protection & Case Management Officers and other sector staff.
Participate in case conferences and inter-agency coordination meetings.
Ensure referrals are tracked and feedback is provided

Experience:
•At least 2 years of experience in Social Work and Case Management Intervention
•Experience working with, General Protection, Child protection and GBV projects (preferable).
