PC3012 RTE- emergency response

Norwegian church Aid - NCA invties potential bidders to submit a quotation for PC3012 RTE emergency response Tender. 

We request interested bidders to inform NCA about their intention to participate in this tender in writing on the following email address: ncalebanonprocurement@nca.no 

Upon receiving the intention to participate, NCA will share Annex 5 Vendor Bank Verification Template.  

Kindly take note of the following:

1.     Carefully read the tender dossier and its annexes. 

2.     Use exclusively NCA provided annexes. 

3.     Clearly mark the envelopes (Envelope 1. legal, Envelope 2. technical, and Envelope 3. financial) and sign and stamp each
envelop on the closing area. Please add the name of the company on all
envelopes. 

  1. Physical Samples for all the requested items, to be exact to the requested specifications. NCA will not provide any financial compensation for the preparation of the samples

How to Apply

 

Offers shall be submitted in one sealed envelope containing three envelopes:

 

  1. Legal:
  • Instructions to Tenderers - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
  • Annex #3 SUP 12 General terms and conditions for supply contracts - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
  • Annex #4 Code of Conduct for Contractors - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
  • Annex #5 Vendor Bank Verification Form - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
  • Letter from the bank, Stamped and signed by the bank, for confirmation of the business bank account details. It should be issued in 2026.
  • Copy of a commercial registration validated 2025, Or commercial registration with financial clearance certificate for the year 2025 (براءة ذمة) 
  • Copy of the ID of the company owner. Bidder to submit a company headed letter to confirm the owner’s name.
  1. Technical
  • Annex 1 Technical Data Form - to be completed, signed, and stamped by the Bidder
  • Bidder to submit a commitment letter that the delivered food items meet the food safety standards.
  • Bidder to submit testing certificates for all the food items, either from the mother company or the Lebanese Agricultural Research Institute.
  1. Financial
  • Annex 2 Tender Submission Form (Price to be inserted by the bidder) - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder

The bidder whose samples are accepted, will be requested to replace the failed samples with other ones according to the requested specifications with the same price.

The bidder samples should pass:

  • RTE Kits: 5 out of the 9 items to pass the technical evaluation.
