Hotline Officer

Job Responsibilities: 

-    Conducting calls and visits to households and assessments with beneficiaries
-    Receiving calls from beneficiaries 
-    Explaining activities provided by the programs to beneficiaries
-    Data Entry 
-    Actively participate in the Food e-card distribution days, monthly shopping visits, pre and post surveys, awareness sessions, Focus Group Discussions, Beneficiary Advisory Committee meetings, etc. 
-    Reporting to the MEAL/AAP Focal point special cases or suggestions to enhance outreach process
-    Attend trainings related to the Humanitarian sector
-    Support with Office work
-    And any other duties/assigned responsibilities by the supervisor
