- Plan, coordinate, and oversee implementation of multi-sector project activities, including CVA/MPCA
- Ensure integration of humanitarian-development nexus, DRR, and resilience approaches across all interventions
- Design and manage CVA cycles, including targeting methodology, validation of beneficiary lists, and oversight of distributions and PDM
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements, SOPs, and organizational policies
- Lead coordination with local authorities, partners, and humanitarian/development actors
- Supervise and support Project Assistants and field teams, ensuring clarity of roles and quality of implementation
- Monitor project progress against plans, identify risks, and adapt implementation as needed
- Ensure effective accountability to affected populations (AAP), safeguarding, and feedback/complaints mechanisms
- Lead reporting and documentation, including narrative and quantitative reports
- Ensure proper data management, quality control, and use of data for decision-making
- Coordinate with internal departments (MEAL, logistics, finance, HR) to ensure smooth project implementation
- Conduct regular field monitoring visits and provide technical guidance to the team
