Call for Expressions of Interest – Community Engagement Officer / Community Mobilizer (Community Center & Social Cohesion Project)

Purpose of the role

Leads community outreach and mobilization to ensure diverse and inclusive participation in the Center’s activities.

Key responsibilities (summary)

  • Conduct outreach and mobilization (online and on‑ground) with community members and groups.
  • Promote inclusive membership and participation of women, youth, refugees, host community members and persons with disabilities.
  • Manage and update a simple membership / participants database.
  • Support community feedback and complaints channels, in line with safeguarding and PSEA principles.

Profile

  • Experience in community mobilization, outreach, social work or related fields.
  • Comfortable engaging with diverse groups and using social media or messaging tools.
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to non‑discrimination, gender equality and safeguarding.
