General Tasks
1- Ensure the production and quality of ceramic products
- Receive orders to prepare from the production supervisor.
- Proceed in order of priority (deadline / quantity).
- Prepare and create the molds to be used, based on the orders.
- Prepare the porcelain mixture to pour into the molds.
- Fill carefully the molds and let them harden.
- Release the finished models from the molds and let them rest.
- Assemble the components of multi-part products.
- Ensure the models are fired in the kiln for the first and second time, and after painting if necessary.
- Ensure the models are removed from the kiln.
- Ensure constant inspection of the quality of the final products before sending them to the next stage of the production process.
2-Find place within the team and the group
- Maintain a positive attitude while working.
- Participate in team meetings within the unit.
- Report any issues and defects observed during work to your supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with the internal regulations while aligning with the values and culture of the association.

Academical Background and Experience : Technical Degree is a plus. No prior experience in the field is needed.
Working Schedule and Location : Monday till Friday; from 08:00 AM till 04:00 PM at Jisr el Wati center.
Type of contract : 1 year contract (Renewable depending on funding and performance).
