In light of the ongoing transformation phase and organizational restructuring efforts, SOS Children’s Villages Lebanon is seeking to enhance its data management and donor relationship processes through the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The system is expected to support donor database management, donation tracking, reporting, communication history, and overall fundraising and operational efficiency. Accordingly, SOS Children’s Villages Lebanon invites qualified suppliers and service providers to submit tenders for the provision, customization, and implementation of a CRM solution that meets the organization’s operational needs.
