Clinical Psychologist

MOSAIC is a holistic and interdisciplinary program committed to improving the health and wellbeing of disempowered communities in Lebanon and the MENA/SWANA region overall. Through its national presence and its regional and international networks, MOSAIC's strategic goal is to achieve the coexistence of people in friendly communities and national systems. Founded by activists and legal and health experts, MOSAIC provides specialized and sensitive mental health services (drama and art therapy included), psychosocial support, capacity development and awareness sessions for LGBTIQ+ individuals in addition to protection services including case management and legal services ranging from consultations to representation if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological assessments and referrals as needed
• Contribute to case management discussions and treatment planning
• Coordinate with caseworkers, social workers, and program teams
• Facilitate psychosocial support and therapeutic group activities
• Support team members’ mental health and lead debriefing and peer support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in internal and external coordination
• Support the development and implementation of mental health-related activities and trainings

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology
• License to practice the clinical psychology profession from the Ministry of Public Health; Member of the Lebanese Order of Psychologists
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in psychotherapy, particularly with individuals at risk or in vulnerable situations
• MOF tax number required
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and psychosocial support in humanitarian contexts
• Prior experience working on SOGIE-related issues is a strong asset
• Excellent communication, active listening, and team collaboration skills
• Fluency in Arabic required; proficiency in English preferred
