MS seeks For a qualified consultant (individual or organization) to design and deliver a business
development and entrepreneurship training program, complemented by a phishing awareness and simulation
exercise. The consultant will support youth beneficiaries in developing viable business plans eligible for seed
funding, while strengthening their entrepreneurial mindset and digital resilience.
