Beit el Baraka invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for Tender Ref. BeB/2026/04 – Supply and Delivery of Kitchen Equipment, Kitchen Utensils, Hygiene Supplies, Food Packaging Items, Gas Equipment, and Fire Safety Equipment under the LHF Emergency Food Response Project.
The tender is divided into five lots:
Lot 1: Stainless-Steel Kitchen Equipment & Heavy Kitchen Setup
Lot 2: Kitchen Utensils & Food Preparation Tools
Lot 3: Hygiene, Cleaning, PPE, Waste Management & Food Packaging Supplies
Lot 4: Gas Equipment & Gas Supply
Lot 5: Fire Safety Equipment
Bidders may apply for one lot, several lots, or all lots, provided that they submit a complete technical and financial offer for each lot applied for. Evaluation and award will be conducted separately per lot.
Interested suppliers must submit their offers by hand only in sealed envelopes to Beit el Baraka offices before the submission deadline.
Offers must be submitted in one sealed outer envelope containing two separate sealed envelopes:
- Technical Proposal
- Financial Proposal
The outer envelope must clearly mention:
