Expression of Interest for leasing of office Premises and CPC in Beirut

2.1 Options to be considered

Interested parties may submit proposals for one or both of the following:

Option 1:

• Office space and CPC in separate locations (separate locations within Greater Beirut)
• Estimated total area: ~2,040 m²

Option 2:

• Office space co-located with CPC
• Estimated total area: ~2,170 m²

2.2 CPC Requirements

• Indoor space: approx. 1,540 – 1800 m²
• Outdoor space: approx. 400 m²
• Preferably single-floor layout, but multi-floor acceptable
• Accessible location within Greater Beirut, preferably near major public transportation hubs

2.3 General Requirements

• Premises must be located in commercial or office-designated buildings
• Must comply with UN safety and security standards

The property (Building) we are looking for, should be compliant with the characteristics listed in Annex A.
