Caritas Lebanon is seeking a qualified Peacebuilding Specialist/Consultant to design and facilitate peacebuilding interventions within a student-led school rehabilitation and social cohesion project at Dekwaneh Technical School (Metn). The consultant will deliver 3–4 full-day peacebuilding workshops and 1–2 exchange visit dialogue sessions focused on social cohesion, nonviolent communication (NVC), conflict transformation, anti-bullying, and inter-group dialogue among youth from diverse social and religious backgrounds. The assignment also includes the development of facilitation materials, monitoring and reflection tools, and final analytical reporting with recommendations for sustainability and continued impact.
• Location: Dekwaneh Technical School
• Duration: 10 working days over a 4-month period
• Number of sessions: 3–4 full-day workshops + 1–2 exchange visit dialogue sessions
• Target group: Approximately 20–25 students aged 14–30
• Languages required: Arabic and English (sessions mainly in Arabic)
