Blue Mission Organization (BMO) is a community-based, independent Lebanese NGO committed to advancing human dignity through holistic, rights-based protection, education, health, and psychosocial support services for crisis-affected children, youth, and families across Lebanon.BMO is seeking a qualified and experienced Psychologist to support the implementation of a Child Protection emergency response project in South Lebanon, implemented in partnership with Terre des Hommes (TDH) and funded by UNICEF.The Psychologist will provide specialized mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services for conflict-affected children, caregivers, and vulnerable individuals through assessments, counseling, psychosocial interventions, group support sessions, referral coordination, and case follow-up activities in Saida and Jezzine districts.The role requires strong clinical and psychosocial support skills, knowledge of trauma-informed and child-friendly approaches, and the ability to work ethically and professionally with individuals affected by displacement, trauma, and humanitarian crises while ensuring safeguarding, confidentiality, and do-no-harm principles.
