HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern, to support our Human Resources team in Beirut Office with document digitization and administrative tasks, who can join our organization as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan, digitize, and organize a high volume of HR documents
  • Ensure accurate filing (both electronic and physical records)
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
  • Assist in organizing and archiving employee files
  • Support the HR team with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel; ability to handle scanners/printers)
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Skills

  • Prior internship or administrative experience is a plus

Additional details

  • Competitive daily compensation, paid upon completion of the assignment
  • Assignment duration of 1 to 2 months depending on workload
  • Working hours from 8:00/9:00 AM to 4:00/5:00 PM
