About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern, to support our Human Resources team in Beirut Office with document digitization and administrative tasks, who can join our organization as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan, digitize, and organize a high volume of HR documents
- Ensure accurate filing (both electronic and physical records)
- Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
- Assist in organizing and archiving employee files
- Support the HR team with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel; ability to handle scanners/printers)
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Skills
- Prior internship or administrative experience is a plus

- Competitive daily compensation, paid upon completion of the assignment
- Assignment duration of 1 to 2 months depending on workload
- Working hours from 8:00/9:00 AM to 4:00/5:00 PM
