Consultancy - Institutional Capacity

Background

WPA is seeking to strengthen its institutional capacity to ensure sustainability, accountability, and effective service delivery. As part of its institutional development efforts, WPA aims to conduct a mid-term review of its 2024–2028 Organizational Strategy, update its strategic priorities, align programmatic documents accordingly, and strengthen internal data management and monitoring systems.

Objective

The overall objective of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive mid-term review of WPA’s 2024–2028 Organizational Strategy. In specific:

• Assess progress, challenges, and emerging priorities considering the current operational context.
• Strengthen the strategic relevance, effectiveness, and sustainability of WPA’s institutional direction.
• Produce an updated and refined organizational strategy with clear strategic priorities and recommendations.
• Ensure alignment of programmatic documents and frameworks with the revised strategy
