Syria Protection Sector: Protection Monitoring - Summary of Key Findings, Quarterly Report (January - March 2026)

1. Introduction

Between January and March 2026, the Syria Protection Sector continued its coordinated, country-wide protection monitoring exercise at community level through its network of partners, using the harmonized Key Informant Interview (KII) tool. The exercise aims to track protection risks, identify emerging patterns, and inform evidencebased programming, advocacy, and response planning.

This report presents an analytical overview of findings from the January to March 2026 round, focusing on the prevalence, severity, and interlinkages of protection risks across Syria.
