The objective of this Terms of Reference (TOR) is to engage a qualified company to provide a pool of experienced trainers, facilitators, coaches, and technical experts to design and deliver coaching sessions, trainings, workshops, and mentoring activities under the WYLD Project.
The assignment aims to strengthen the technical, professional, and practical capacities of youth and community participants across a wide range of thematic areas, including but not limited to environmental sustainability, entrepreneurship, communication, arts, leadership, project management, and community development.
Through interactive, inclusive, and practice-oriented learning methodologies, the selected company will support participants in acquiring applicable skills, enhancing their competencies, and enabling them to design and implement impactful community-based initiatives aligned with the WYLD Project’s objectives.

Offerors wishing to respond to this RFP must submit proposals in English per the following instructions.

Proposals that fail to separate the technical and financial components will be disqualified. Late offers will only
