Introduction:

Donia for Sustainable Development announces a call for quotations from qualified companies, suppliers, and registered agents in Lebanon to supply tablets with specific technical.

1. Quantities and Flexibility:

• Target Quantity: 22 Tablets.
• Quantity Adjustment Clause: Donia Association reserves the full right to increase or decrease the final requested quantity. The supplier must commit to the fixed unit price submitted in their quotation regardless of any changes in the total volume.

2. Mandatory Technical Specifications:

Submitted devices must meet or exceed the following minimum technical and operational standards (non-compliant bids will be automatically disqualified):

• Connectivity & Network: Must support an independent SIM card slot with active 4G / LTE cellular network compatibility.
• Screen Size & Resolution: Touchscreen size of no less than 10.1 inches, with a high-definition resolution of no less than (1280 \times 800 pixels).
• Storage Capacity: Internal storage of no less than 128 GB, with external MicroSD card slot support.
• Random Access Memory (RAM): Minimum of 4 GB physical RAM to ensure smooth educational performance.
• Battery Capacity: High-efficiency battery with a capacity of no less than 6500 mAh.
• Operating System: Modern Android OS (Android 12 or later).
• Mandatory Accessories: Each device must come with:
  1. A durable, shockproof protective back case.
  2. A tempered glass screen protector against scratches and breakage.
• Warranty: Devices must be brand new (0-Hours) and covered by an official warranty from a registered authorized agent in Lebanon for a minimum period of 12 months, explicitly identifying the authorized maintenance center.

3. Administrative, Financial, and Urgent Delivery Terms:

1. Binding Delivery Timeframe (Crucial Factor): Due to the urgent timeline of the project, the supplier must provide a written commitment to deliver the entire batch to the Association's headquarters in Tripoli within a maximum of 3 to 5 working days from the date of signing the Purchase Order (PO).
2. Currency and Pricing: Prices must be submitted in Fresh US Dollars. The unit price must be final and all-inclusive of the device, accessories, delivery fees, and warranty.
3. Required Documents: Bidders must attach a copy of the company’s legal registration documents (Commercial Circular/Commercial Registry/Financial Number, if available) or the supplier's identification card, along with the official agent's warranty certificate for the offered model.
