RFQ - 6139 Tablets and Headphones for students

Amel Association International, specifically within the Education Sector, is seeking to collect competitive bids for the supply of tablets and headphones. We are looking for cost-efficient solutions while maintaining high standards with regard to the quality, durability, and performance of the requested items.

Interested suppliers are invited to submit their respective company registration documents alongside their financial proposal for consideration. Detailed technical specifications and requirements of the requested items are outlined in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) document.

Suppliers are kindly requested to review the attached RFQ carefully and ensure that all requested documentation and financial proposals are submitted in accordance with the stated requirements and timelines. In addition, the attached Supplier’s Pact of Conduct must be duly stamped and signed as part of the submission requirements.

N.B: The successful supplier shall provide a pilot tablet/sample unit prior to contract award for technical assessment. This assessment will be conducted to ensure full compatibility of the required application hosted on the SD card and to verify that the application functions smoothly and effectively on the proposed device.
