Facilitator-Zahle (Arabic-Physics-Chemistry-Science)

Competencies:

• Ability to simplify academic content for children aged 6 to 14
• Strong classroom management skills with mixed-level learners
• Capable of adapting teaching methods to student needs and levels
• Uses interactive and age-appropriate teaching tools and materials
• Delivers clear, structured, and engaging sessions
• Assesses student learning through simple tools (exercises, observation)
• Provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Communicates effectively with children 
• Follows session plans and submits attendance, lesson reports, and assessments on time
• Uses creative and play-based approaches where needed 
• Encourages participation, critical thinking, and confidence building

Requirements

• Languages: Arabic-French- English
• 2+ Years of experience in Mathematics- Physics
• Previous experience in BLN, and Education in Emergencies (EiE) programs is preferred
• Previous experience in Education in Emergencies and Retention Support
