The Lebanese Red Cross (LRC) hereby invites eligible and qualified service providers to submit sealed technical and financial proposals for the provision of Car Rental Services under a Framework Agreement for an initial period of two (2) years, with the possibility of extension for an additional one (1) year subject to satisfactory performance and operational requirements, in accordance with the requirements set forth in Annex 3 – Terms of Reference
