Over the past three decades, I played a pivotal role in strengthening the financial and managerial foundations of numerous civil society organizations in Lebanon and the wider MENA region. My work has focused on developing governance, financial, and procurement systems that ensure transparency, compliance, and accountability in NGO operations.

I have collaborated extensively with leading Lebanese NGOs, notably ABAAD – Resource Centre for Gender Equality, where I authored and trained the organization’s Financial Management and Procurement Policies. These frameworks have since become key references for institutionalizing sound financial practices and donor-aligned procurement cycles. I replicated similar assignments for MOSAIC MENA and the Forum for Development, Culture and Dialogue (FDCD), tailoring each policy to organizational context while ensuring conformity with international standards.

Beyond policy drafting, I have delivered capacity-building workshops for NGO finance and operations teams, focusing on budgeting, variance analysis, internal control, and evidence-based decision-making. I also designed database and reporting structures that allow NGOs to track inventory, monitor expenditures, and generate analytical reports for management and donors.

Through this cumulative experience, I became recognized as a trusted advisor who helps NGOs move from reactive management to data-driven institutional performance, building sustainable systems that reinforce integrity, efficiency, and long-term impact.
