Sara Makka

Sara A. Makka is a multidisciplinary expert with over a decade of experience (since 2013) in research, training, and MEAL within humanitarian, development, and behavioral health sectors. Her career bridges grassroots fieldwork and strategic coordination, with a strong record in managing evaluations, leading evidence-based research, and delivering impactful training programs. She has worked with leading organizations such as the Norwegian Refugee Council, CARE International, Intisar Foundation, and Right to Play, contributing to programs in mental health, GBV, child protection, education, and cash-based assistance. She established Neuropolitica in 2025. Neuropolitika is a conceptual and practical framework that combines:

Neuropsychology (how the brain processes information, emotion, memory, and decision-making),

Political behavior (belief formation, persuasion, identity, activism),

and AI-driven analysis (data modeling, audience segmentation, sentiment tracking).
