Programme and Partnerships Expert with over 10 years of experience in UNHCR and INGOs, specializing in project cycle management, donor compliance, and multi-sector humanitarian and development programmes. Skilled in managing USD 30M+ portfolios, leading strategic partnerships, and advancing SDG-aligned strategies in Lebanon and the region.
Experience with the Civil Society
Over the past 10+ years, I have worked extensively with civil society organizations in Lebanon through both UNHCR and INGOs. At INTERSOS, I led partnerships and coordinated with more than 20 NGOs, CBOs, and local authorities to implement protection, shelter, and community-based programmes in South Lebanon. At UNHCR, I currently manage partnerships with over 7 national and international NGOs, overseeing project design, compliance, and monitoring. My experience reflects a strong commitment to supporting local actors and enhancing their role in humanitarian and development response.
