Maysaa Ahmad Kurdi

I have over 13 years of experience working with civil society organizations in Lebanon, supporting international and local NGOs across multiple sectors including education, health, livelihoods, women empowerment, child protection, food security, and relief. My work has focused on strengthening program quality and accountability through Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), capacity building, and organizational development. I have trained civil society actors on proposal writing, fundraising, project cycle management, and child protection, enabling them to secure funding and expand their impact. In addition, I have developed key policies, designed MEAL systems, and managed feedback mechanisms, ensuring transparency and responsiveness to community needs. My experience reflects a strong commitment to empowering civil society and advancing sustainable development.
