I bring strong experience working with NGOs in Lebanon, where I have designed, coordinated, and delivered a range of programs including entrepreneurship and startup support initiatives, freelancing and employability programs, capacity-building trainings, and business development interventions. My work has also involved supporting organizations and individuals in livelihood programs, strengthening managerial, operational and financial sustainability, and collaborating closely with local and international stakeholders to ensure programs are practical, impactful, and adapted to the Lebanese context
