Beitokom Organization is a local, nongovernmental, non-profit organization. Since our members in the organization saw the importance of social work, they sought to gain more experience and new ideas through individual initiative and volunteering with various organizations and NGOs in sessions and workshops involving all topics that focused on local community in all age groups to share their problems and daily concerns, so it gives the correct solution to be an integrated and balanced. But despite the hard work in all fields, the youth was category the highest priority and had the biggest importance that it became one of the basic objectives of the organization members. This relates to the objectives including the following:
1. Developing leadership skills for youth.
2. Economical empowerment for women in the society.
3. Raising awareness of the youth on Citizenship.
4. Raising awareness of the youth on their rights in society.
5. Raising awareness of the society to keep a healthy environment.
6. Handling school dropout by vocational orientation.
7. Strengthen the idea of voluntary work in public service.
In Addition, the organization works to empower youth and promote dialogue between them while working to foster the culture of dialogue, pluralism, peace, and respect for others. They accomplish this through initiating projects and public awareness campaigns, education workshops, and resolving conflicts in a social, cultural and developing aspect that works within the civil society. These different programs help young people to give their option and discuss their problems in simply way so that there’s a strong relationship based on exchange of ideas and participation. We are aiming for the advancement of the society with a youth base to be educated based on triangle of communication that focuses on three aspects, which are:
I. Youth and their ideas
II. Society as a whole
III. Organization with its experience and initiatives
